1. General Terms

1.1. By making a booking at Sports Spark, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1.2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Sports Spark.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Bookings can be made in person at the venue, via our online booking system, or through

WhatsApp.

2.2. Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

2.3. We accept cash on-site and online payments.

2.4. Upon arrival, please present your booking confirmation receipt to validate your booking.

Failure to provide this confirmation may result in denied access to the facility.

3. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

3.1. Finality of Bookings

All bookings are final. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

3.2. Modifications

Modifications to the date or time of the booking are allowed, subject to availability and

facility management’s approval.

3.3. No Refunds

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to,

instances of no-shows, changes in personal circumstances, or inability to use the facility for

any reason.

4. Facility Usage

4.1. Users must adhere to the facility rules and regulations at all times.

4.2. Proper sports attire and equipment must be used.

4.3. Users are responsible for any damage caused to the facility or equipment during their

booking period.

4.4. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the facility.
5. Liability

5.1. Sports Spark is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property

sustained while using the facility.

5.2. Users participate in activities at their own risk.

6. Conduct

6.1. Users must behave respectfully towards staff and other users of the facility.

6.2. Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may

result in expulsion from the facility without a refund.

7. Health and Safety

7.1. Users must inform the facility staff of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect

their ability to participate in activities.

7.2. Users must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by the facility.

8. Booking Modifications

8.1. Subject to Organizer’s Decision – All requests for booking modifications are subject to

the sole discretion of the facility management. The management reserves the right to

approve or deny any modification requests.

8.2. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

9. Termination of Use

9.1. Sports Spark reserves the right to terminate the use of the facility if users fail to comply

with these terms and conditions.

9.2. In the event of termination, no refunds will be provided.

10. Facility Downtime

10.1. In the event of downtime or issues at the facility that prevent usage, transfers and

modifications of the booking will be accepted at no additional charge. No refunds will be

possible under any circumstances.

11. Governing Law11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the

laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
