Media Guidelines: Photography & Videography

To ensure a smooth experience for both media teams and participants, please keep the following in mind when capturing photos and videos at Sports Spark events:

Media Accreditation: All professional photographers and videographers must be accredited in advance, especially for tournaments. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event.
Respect Participants: Always ask for consent before taking close-up images or interviews with individual participants, especially children or families.
Drone Usage: Drone footage is only permitted with prior written approval and must comply with local aviation authority regulations.
Brand Visibility: We encourage use of official branding where possible. Media kits with approved logos and visual elements are available on request.
Social Media Sharing: If posting on social platforms, please tag us @sportsparkom.
